Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Basildon, Essex. We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 2:00pm on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm or at weekends are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Options
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email from Royal Mail or DPD containing your tracking reference. You can use this reference to track your parcel on the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@novaroofers.com.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, or international addresses at this time. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, please contact us before placing your order.
Failed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a "Something for You" card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local delivery office. DPD will attempt delivery once and will then offer you options to reschedule, redirect or collect from a DPD Pickup point via their app or website.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@novaroofers.com with your order number and photographs of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Orders over £50 automatically qualify for free standard delivery — no discount code needed.
