These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NovaSecure website at novaroofers.com and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Our Products

We sell security cameras and related accessories to consumers in the United Kingdom. All prices displayed on the website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may exist between the description and the actual product. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be exact representations of the item supplied.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase. Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Product availability is shown on the website and is updated regularly. In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you promptly to offer a refund, a replacement of equivalent value, or a wait for restocking — at your choice.

4. Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods. Your order constitutes an offer to us; it is accepted only when we confirm dispatch of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we believe the order is fraudulent or if pricing errors have occurred.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. This is an acknowledgement of receipt, not an acceptance. Acceptance occurs on dispatch.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card details on our servers.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Delivery Information page. We aim to dispatch orders promptly from our Essex warehouse but cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather or circumstances outside our control.

7. Your Right to Cancel — Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

If you are a consumer purchasing goods online, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods (the "cooling-off period") without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at info@novaroofers.com before the 14-day period expires.

Following cancellation or return, you must return the goods to us without undue delay. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or we have made an error. We will refund the purchase price and original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

8. Consumer Rights Act 2015

All goods sold by NovaSecure must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods do not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further detail. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Warranty

All products are supplied with a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper installation or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@novaroofers.com with your order number and a description of the fault.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to CCTV Security UK Limited and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law (e.g. fair dealing for personal use).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, CCTV Security UK Limited shall not be liable for:

Indirect, consequential or economic losses (including loss of profits, data, or business)
Loss or damage not caused by our breach of contract or negligence
Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the price you paid for the relevant product(s). We do not limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

12. Website Use

We endeavour to keep the website available and up to date, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from website downtime, errors or inaccuracies on the site.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience only; we have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
